BORIDE COATING ON CARBON STEEL (250X)

SMS 206B
are series of boride diffusion coatings on a wide variety of steels, nickel and cobalt alloys. The coatings are characterized by high hardness, with excellent adherence. Typical applications are refinery pumps, valves, piping,spray nozzles, dies and rollers. Due to the nature of the application process, complex shapes and small inside diameters can be coated.
